How to search more effectively?

Tipps to search items effectively:

start the search with a word, e.g. manufacturer name as 'Knipex' or a tool type as 'pliers'.
Then append numbers to it, e.g. 'Hazet 1850-'.
try to search for EAN/UPC/GTIN number if you have one
don't put in too small search items separated by spaces (smaller than 3 characters)!
E.g. if you put in '01 43', the computer will search all items containing a '01', '43' somewhere in description, name, EAN or article number. This will give a very huge number of results!
Sum these numbers to 0143 to get better filtering!

Shipping & Returns

The prices are excluding German VAT (19%). VAT is not charged for shipments outside the EU. In order completion you will get the shipping price shown with or without VAT (19%) depending on the destination country.
We only ship to the address specified during the checkout. If we ship your item to an old or invalid address and it returns as unclaimed in its original condition, we will refund only the item's cost.
Small tools weighing up to 1.0 kg, and a max. dimension of 35.3 x 25 x 10 cm will be shipped with German post as "airmail priority". With this service we also deliver to mailboxes. All other items will be delivered with our standard and express freight operators (with this service delivering to PO-Boxes is not possible!)
If an item weight is calculated as Volume Weight, this is calculated from the dimensions of the article (Volume, including bulky goods surcharge!) This calculation is used by shipping service providers for larger volumes or bulky packages.
Orders for 24h items will usually ship next business day. If your order is incomplete, we will notify you within 24 hours (working days). We check stock/order completeness daily and will contact you if your order's shipping is delayed. Please use the processing time given on the website as a guide. If an exceptional case occurs, you will receive separate information from us. Estimated shipping dates will be communicated via email.
Packages sent by courier post require signature
Please note that, depending on your geographic location, not all delivery methods are available. Some regions may require a surcharge for shipping. This is a charge of the postal service, which is not provided in our invoice.
Shipping time during holidays may take a longer deliver time. It is possible that the package can be delay because customs handling time.
International customers are responsible for all customs, duties, taxes and brokerage fees to be paid to the courier or government.
If you see that your package is damaged, please fill up the claim form of our freight operator or do not accept it. NOTIFY US right away, we will arrange a replacement/reimburse your order asap.
