Shipping Information

• All prices are listed excluding German VAT (19%). VAT is not charged for shipments outside the EU. During checkout, the final shipping price will be shown with or without VAT (19%), depending on the destination country.
• We only ship to the address provided at checkout. If your order is shipped to an old or incorrect address and returns to us in its original condition, we will refund only the item cost.
• For items calculated by Volume Weight, the weight is determined by the item’s dimensions (including any bulky goods surcharge). This method is used by shipping providers for oversized or bulky packages.
• Orders containing 24h items are usually shipped the next business day. If your order cannot be fulfilled immediately, we will notify you within 24 working hours. Stock and order completeness are checked daily, and you will be informed of any delays. Please refer to the processing times listed on our website as a guide. In exceptional cases, you will receive separate communication from us. Estimated shipping dates are always confirmed via email.
• Packages shipped via courier require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available and the courier leaves the package with photo proof in a designated place, you are responsible for retrieving it. We will always provide you with a tracking ID, so please ensure that the package can successfully reach you.
• Please note that not all delivery methods are available for every region. Some areas may require an additional surcharge imposed by the postal service, which will not appear on our invoice.
• During holidays, delivery times may be longer than usual. Additional delays may also occur due to customs clearance procedures.
• International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees payable to the courier or government authorities.
• If your package arrives damaged, please either complete a claim form with the courier or refuse delivery. Notify us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
• Important information for US customers: Due to current Knipex terms and conditions, Knipex products are not intended for the US market.
